I was just looking for ways to go about editing your site, so it will stand out from everyone else's. What can you add, how do you add it, etc. to make it different. For Example: Cool Graphics, Cool Text.

Any comments or suggestions will be very welcome.

If talking about your lens, there is quite a bit that you can add to change it and make it more unique.

You can images, videos, animation, colors you can pretty much find all sorts of different ways to change your layout.

Let us know if you need help in finding this information :)

If you are talking about the pro plan sites, you can't change it in those ways at this time. If you do have any other questions specific to MOIS, we would ask that you direct those questions in that forum. :)

Ok, so where do I find this information to do these things with my lenses on Squidoo. Right now, I am only able to utilize pre set up layouts. I would love to be able to make it look more unique. I have recently learned a few tricks on how to change up my blog some, but I'm still no expert at it.

You can actually do a search right in Squidoo - there are lots of lenses that have instructions on how to change it up a bit. As far as the layout of modules, that is up to you. You can drag them up or down and change them up. As far as using different fonts and colors and sizes, you can do a search. There are a lot of them out there. :)
