As replied earlier it depends on when you are doing the search as the most popular product ranking changes on a regular basis all the time.

Example (https://www.clickbank.com/marketplace.htm?category=-1&subcategory=-1&keywords=making+money&sortBy=popularity&billingType=ALL&language=ALL&maxResults=10&searchButton=Go)

The link above provides an example of what I'm trying to imply here. Popularity has to depend greatly on your topic of interest in the products. In the example I've used making money as my search criteria and then rank them in terms of popularity.

So if you have entered health as your search criteria your top 10 list would have differing results as the ones I have provided you with.
