Hia my name is andrea i'm 37 with 2 children just only recently got some confience back i been over wight for years and i have been limited to what i can do , but that changed just only recently i have lost 4st and feel great there are no limits to what i do these days i go to the gym 3-5 times a week i go swimming regular i walk and leave the car behind i been saving loads on fuel. This is another reason i been thinking about starting my own business i'm feeling so great at the moment and the sky's the limit , I'm only just starting out and need as much help and advise people will give me i'm willing to do my homework and put in the hours so here goes i do hope it works .

I alway get excited when I read about people who have changed

that people must make a decision to change in the mind, before they

hello everyone i can't believe how many quick replies i've had i'm really shocked but at the same really pleased that there are so many kind people out there willing to give advise i've only now got some confidence back but i'm trying really hard to make this a success i'll keeping reading people comments and learning everyday a bit thankyou all .

I would recommend some sort of program that gives you daily direction to get started. In the meantime, just start playing online and get as much free information as possible.

I think going to the gym keeps my mind active and ready to face the world and it's keeps the weight off ha ha !!
