Andrea ~
I really like the layout of your Osteoporosis lens! It looks really great. I am not trying to be rude here, but did you do that lens or did you copy and paste some of it from another source? It seems a little "salesy", (which Squidoo will be locking any lenses that sound like pure selling or spamming on July 15th.) I think yours might be borderline, I am not sure.
I would also add a couple more links in there to either your blog or your actual product. You need a strong call to action there and use of anchor text.
I ask if you copied or pasted from another source, (which is fine if you mention the source) because your Diet lens is completely different. I would have done the same kind of format that you did with the osteoporosis lens with the diet lens. BUT! You will have to take your diet lens out of there completely, unfortunately. I am not sure if you have had a chance to read the new rules yet, but they will be locking ALL weight loss lenses. They do not want them in there any longer.
Here is a link to all of these new rules: http://www.squidoo.com/squidoo-policy-update
You can always take your information and copy and paste it into another blog site or create your own website with a domain.
You do have a few spelling errors in your diet lens, so I would fix those and like I said take your information to another blog or whatever.
Hope this helps! :D

It is good that you include images since text by itself tends to get a bit generic and boring. Aside from images, try to make text visually appealing and easy to read. You can do this by separating sections into title, bolding those titles and giving them their own space.
This gives the reader a break and visually helps to separate big chunks of text. Another thing you can do is try to pin-point the benefits of your article and put them in a list. This makes it easier and faster for readers to get the information you are providing.
Good luck, and hope this helps.

Andrea,
You are doing fine - you made one sale already so you are doing okay. You just have to stay consistant and forge ahead. :)
