I also love cooking, however I hate that sometimes it can take hours. Also doing the dishes afterwards is not fun at all.
I have recently and officially become a health freak and I'm proud to say I have lots 35 lbs after 3 months. Though the main reason for this is diet and excersice, I still like to have my "devil's" food as I call it know and then.
So if anyone wants to share a few recipes, I'll do the same. Good luck everyone.

I basically like anything that's spicy, Thai and Mexican are my favorites.
I don't like to eat a lot of red meat and instead I subtitute for lot of chicken.
Tons of vegetables, but I can't get myself to eat any broccoli. I switch all my
bread intake to breads with multi-healthy-grains, and all my pasta to whole
wheat noodles.
It was a bit difficult to get use to the unusual taste at first, but now, I don't even
see or feel the difference.
If you like stir-frys, I know some great recipes. :)

Hi Volybal3,
I am part of a slimming club we great really tasty recipes each week. Here is one a basic stir-fry.
Spray on non-stick pan with low-cal spray and cook a seletion of vegetables e.g beansprouts, onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower florets etc. For added flavour try one of the great ranges of stir-fry stock cubes or soy sauce. Makes a great filling for a bread wrap, simply add chicken and drizzle with salsa or sweet chilli sauce.
I love roasted mediterranean vegetables , i spray with one calorie spray. courgettes, red onions, mushrooms, peppers and aubergine on a baking tray with black pepper , basil and oregano drzzled with balsamic vinegar. so lush hhhmmmmmm.
i have loads of low fat meals also lovely curry dishes, i would love some new ones please . Taking about all this food i just made syrup in the microwave so lush.

Andrea,
Maybe you should do a lens, blog or even a website on recipes or something you enjoy. :)

That's a nice one, I also got one. It's similar but I promise I'll add a bonus at the end. :)
Spray low-cal spray on pan and cook your selections of vegetables. At this point I tend to go for a combination of red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and shredded carots. Cook the vegetables and then add a 1 serving portion of steamed whole wheat noodles (if you are only cooking for one).
Mix well and add about 2 oz of soy sauce and about 6 oz of picante sauce, hot or mild. You can then mix well again and add jalapenos towards the end. Cook these with the stir-fry for only a few minutes. Add silantro for the last minute or two and once you turn off the flame add tomatoes.
Ok, so here is my bonus.
I love pizza, the only problem is that it tends to be very, very bad for you. Here is a little recipe I came out with for a bit healthier pizza.
Instead of making dough, take 1 pita bread and grill it until it hardens a bit. Add about 3 oz of marinera sauce, your choice of ingredients, and then top it off with low fat parm mozzarella cheese.
If you precook your ingredients you can then just melt the cheese in the microwave if you are not usinng an oven. This recipe is still tastes great, but you don't get all the extra calories.
