Don't get burnt out on it. I know you are trying to give it your all & make money as soon as possible, but if you get burnt out, you will give up. I try to average about 3 hours a day, sometimes alot more. It seems that I can be more productive if im not stressing out about it. Best of luck.:)

Hey bella20,

At first I was a bit like you. I would spend as much time as possible on my business, however, as countrygirl already mentioned, it is very easy to get burnt out.

What I've found to be great is to create mini-goals that work towards a bigger goal. Let me explain.

Every week I set myself a goal. I then split that goal into mini-goals for each day of the week and give those mini-goals a time frame for each day. It usually varies from 3-4 per day.

I have found to be more productive this way and better with staying on track.

Well, hope this helps a bit, and remember... stay focus, but don't over work yourself.

Once you begin to become overwhelmed, it is time to take a step back to clear your head. By doing so, the information that has been learned will begin to sink in and make more sense. If you do not give yourself time, you could be just going through the motions and begin to make mistakes which is not one thing you want to do in building your business.

Set smaller goals and acheive them before adding on to them. Each day is a new day to conquer :)

I've found that I can be very productive for 8 or 9 hours and then the next day I seem to be going in circles. I've been setting goals, and it helps, but the biggest thing for me is just walking away for a while. Even half an hour helps a lot. Know Thyself. And don't stress about making money. It's too easy to get lost in that thought and consequently get nothing done. At least that's been true for me. Persistence is the key!

Especially at the beginning, it seems if you keep staring at your clickbank accounts it will stay at zero. Wait a few days or a week and sometimes you might be surprised! Try to stay focused and definately take breaks. We all need time away to come back with a fresh pair of eyes. :)

Some good advise, you can get very tired on here to long. I find taking the dog for a walk going to the gym just for a break and then come back fresh with new ideas.

Hi I was wondering if anyone out there had any advice on how to use Google Analytics. I followed the directions on the website to install it on my web page but it still shows as uninstalled. Any advice?

dont push yourself too hard. you must have a strategies and scheduled for your business. many people spend all day long for their business because they are still struggling to find the best strategies. :D

Melendezgl,

I would reinstall it. Sometimes it takes a few days to start working. Make sure you hit save after installing it :)

I agree with all the above posts. If you do try too hard and get too burnt out too quickly that work could unfortunately manifest itself into becoming counterproductive. Take a break when needed. If you feel like you're absorbing too much information for the day take a break, then go back and review a little bit at a time until it really clicks. Don't be too focused on the end goal. Concentrate on the 2-3 tasks for the day, accomplish those, do the same the next day and the next. Then you'll see results.

I once had to reinstall it myself and it worked - so that might be your best bet right now. :)

Keep us posted on your progress.

I try not to be on at night because I get bad brain chatter when I'm tring to go to sleep. All I do is think what else I have to do or can do and then I can't sleep. I do most in the morning.

Great advice Bella - take the dog for a walk !

My dogs actually are my saving grace. They play outside but the door is open. Every now and then they come and call me. It forces me to go make a cuppa tea and go sit outside with them and then after the tea spend about 15 min playing with them. Its a great way to get a break for me and to show my dogs some love which is just as important.

How a wonderful day further

When I'm over-focusing I've realized that I make quite a bit of mistakes. So, I'm working online 10- 15 h a week, only, although some sources on the net say that you need to work far more than that to be successful, but for the time being I cannot spare more. It's always a question of choice.
