Though phrases are use commonly, keywords are the most frequently used by people. They are entered search engine boxes by people looking for specific information. When these people enter keywords or phrases in the search box and click the search button, what they are getting is a list of results related to whatever it is they typed, and it starts with the number one, the one with the highest rated and the most probable to be picked.
