Pilgrim,
People might not be too quick to answer that just because it is like handing over your keywords. You have done a lot of research and want to make sales, so they may or may not devulge the information. It's just one of those things. LOL :)

any niche can work. it depends on how you do with your marketing and how you promote your product. :)

One of the best tools that someone shared with me is google trends. This is a great way to forecast and find niches. Travis Sago did a couple tutorials on google trends that are excellent. Just type Travis Sago + google trends and you will find it.
Good luck!

Sorry if I personally don't share my niches. It will almost be like doing the work for someone else. However, there are many ways to find profitable niches. TshirtFrank already mentioned Travis Sago + Google Trends. Here is the link.

Hey, no prob and I do understand. You look to me as being very much in sync with net marketing based on having read some of your posts. You are definitely someone with knowledge to offer those of us less experienced at it.
Thanks for your input on the site.
Sincerely,
-Pilgrim

It can really be a sensitive subject like I mentioned earlier, but John and Volybal made good points. Sharing the information can be like doing the work for someone else, but on the other hand any niche can work, it is all a matter of what you chose to do with it. Personally, I think that keywords are what you really don't want to share necessarily. :)

Hey all,
I was actually reading some of the information on this particular post. Though I very firmly stand with my decision of not sharing my particular niches because I believe I'll be doing someone else's homework, I will share this.
When selecting a profitable niche, or a niche that you know it will be around for some time, consider this. Revolve your niche around a NEED. What do I mean by this.
Sure, there are many niches out there that are doing pretty well. For example the golfing and fishing niches are both very popular, however, I consider these hobby niches. These are not necessarily something people NEED in their lives.
Find a niche that people NEED. I will give an example of just one.
The Weight Loss niche is extremely in demand. Though many people relate to this niche simply because they want to "look good", there is a ton of demand for people who need to get healthier. This is where your keyword research will come into play. How you target these people in NEED will determine how well you do.
Anyways, I'm starting to ramble. Best of luck to all of you, and I hope this helps. :)

That exactly goes along the lines of Travis Sago's Starving Crowd. Very inspiring and true. Good explanation volybal. :)

I am still growing in my Niche or actually niches since I am thinking about several and yes I realize that is a no no, but I don't really care. My attention span gets short in a hurry so having new topics to promote on a regular basis helps me out.
I can say this though that niches are pretty easy to discover since all you have to do is look at a persons website and think about it a touch. If a person looked at mine they would find topics on making money and gardening. I prefer the gardening part myself and it is something that more and more people are thinking about!
I personally find that the money making promotion bores the heck out of me and is all but impossible to get into at this point since EVERYONE and his brother, sister, mom, dad, 5th cousin twice removed, aunt uncle and the hot chick down the street is doing it!
I am however not going to share all of my niches though since I got to keep something for myself even if it doesn't last long.
