There are many experts out there involved in Internet Marketing and for good reason. It has great potential IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. If you want to become an expert with Internet Marketing listen to the free advice on these forums or in ebooks, you should really listen to what these experts have to say if you really want a successful business and stop listening to the people who know absolutely nothing about this. Here is a list of some of the best ways I have been shown to get my business noticed and how to keep customers.

1. Article Submission: Articles can be very powerful tool in generating free traffic to your sites so it is very important to keep writing and submitting them on a daily basis and post them in forums, article directories, and on bulletin boards. The more people read about your opportunity or products, the more you improve your chances of people coming to you to buy your products and services. These simple and free methods could lead to a steady income.

2. Make sure that what your writing is relevant to what your selling. You are probably nodding your head going "duh I know". Well I know this may sound a bit obvious but there is no point writing about selling shoes when your selling shirts. So make sure you stick to a niche market that your in and things should be fine.

3. Be honest and transparent. By this I mean, do not sell things under false pretenses. Start your business as truthfully and professionally as you can. When a prospect ask you a question, answer it as honest as possible, this way you gain their full trust and build a reputation online. If you loose their trust, they will ignore you or un-subscribe meaning no more sales. More trust, more sales.

4. Be proactive with your support to prospects. Always think that to have a good business and committed customers, there needs to be a two way understanding so if they are committed to you, then you must show your commitment to them and contact them regularly so that it shows you care. Throw in some free advice here and there to show exactly how much you value them.

Be careful with how much information you take in. If first starting out, you may want to concentrate on the basics first. Then once you get comfortable venture on to more advanced techniques :)

Forums are great for getting different ideas and techniques. We all have our own learning curves, and through forums, you can pick and choose those that you feel comfortable using, while you are building a business :)

There are many ways to earn money on the internet. The less risky way is to join affiliate programs. However, you need a great deal of experience and knowledge to earn money online through affiliate programs.

It isn't easy to make money from affiliate programs. In the start it will be very tough. But that challenge to it is great . When you see your first sale in Clickbank you will be thrilled and you will keep going harder than before :)

As long as you learn the basics of affiliate marketing you will have a good head start. It does take having a little more knowledge to bring in the big bucks, but it is a learning process. If you don't learn it and venture out looking for new ways to improve, you may only bring in a small amount here and there.

Also keeping things updated and fresh for the search engines to pick up on your sites is important too. :)

Learning the basic fundamentals of affiliate marketing gets you going. The hard part is the campaigning and keeping content fresh. That is why it is best to only support a few affiliate programs to start while learning.:)

One of the things I keep hearing out there but have not yet figured out how to apply it to my affiliate marketing activities is the importance of building relationships with your potential customers, maybe pulling them into your world, aka website, where you give them valuable information to keep them coming back, and then slowly introduce what you are selling. They're more likely to buy from you if they feel like they know and trust you...

Now how to put that into practice.

You are already doing it as you write and submit your articles, blogs, lenses, ads, etc. As you are in the search engines, you will receive more traffic/visitors and best of all buyers.

You want to pre-sell the products you are promoting, but also making it enticing and truthful. This will really help your efforts. :)

By providing great content and currently updating with new content is what will help build your relationship while the traffic starts to move. Visitors will continue to come back to a site that can provide them with useful information.

You are doing a great job of that already Andy. Be yourself, let your personality come out in your writing:)
