Adding a meta tag or html file

I was wondering, and it could be me missing the mark :oops: But how do you add a meta tag or html file into my squidoo from day 13 action plan? I must be missing this in my research to find my answer :roll:

I think you and I recently talked about this, because I was having problems doing it myself and no one seemed to know what I was talking about... :lol: but then it worked... not sure what I did, but I was working on my MOIS2 website as it was....

This is where you are letting Google and Yahoo know that you have a URL that you want them to know about (not Squidoo). I don't think that you can add a metatag to Squidoo... I could definately be wrong here, but you can add html which you are already doing.
