Squidoo Tags? How many do have per lens?

Well I have to admit, I can be a bit slow at times!
I realized about a month ago that you can add a butt load of tags to your squidoo lenses under the "tag" section. I have read that you should try to get at least 30 tag that relate to your lens in that section. I generally try to hit that number with each lens.

Do you take advantage of this as well?

Some say the more the better, but others say that you should have a few targeted ones. Up to you though. Try both ways and test it out. Let us know what comes of this if you do test it. :)

I have heard this too. But I have also heard that if you have to mane, it can hurt your ratings :)

Hey All,

I just noticed with Squidoo when you are getting referrals via direct google hits if you look under stats and choose traffic it will show you all of the keywords that were searched to reach your site and will let you add them directly from that interface!

Well I think I am a bit slower than you are because I just found that out the other day. Squidoo will allow up to 40. I recently put 40 on one of my lens and it was so hard trying to come up with that many keywords. Anyway I guess we will see what it does. :)

You can also go through other lenses that have the same product as you and see what tags they have listed. Expecially if this lens is in the top 100 list :)
