First, I am looking for a web hosting that charges monthly. I don't want to pay in advance and get stuck with a company.
I came across chime host but I can't seem to find many sites talking about them. I see hostgator on pretty much every review site i visit but they require advance payment for the low price.
please give me your opinion

You can type into the search engines "monthly web hosting". This may give you other hosting site to check out :)

Go Daddy or dot easy are good ones to go with. Look them up, give them a try
Here are the web sites:
GoDaddy.com, and doteasy.com

The 2 sites mentioned by NewRich are pretty common hosting sites and are quite good.:)

You will have to pay in advance for domains. That is the charge for the year or more. As far as hosting, usually you will always have to pay for at least the month or 3 months ahead of time and then you can cancel. :)

I use hostgator for unlimited domains. You can get started for the first month at just 1 cent.

So is this a promotion they are starting with? If so, what amount afterwards would the monthly fee be? :)

It is actually a promotion. I believe they normally have hosting for 4.99 per month. :)

You can get far doing the bum marketing methods! :)

Free ways are always best to start out with. Later as you become more experienced you can dibble a little more into the more advanced methods which will result in using paid methods.:)

yeah godaddy is good, but be sure you research the niche first as go daddy has lots of memebers now and getting a domain you want could be difficult.
