Who uses ADs?

I was just wondering how many people use cl***ified ads as a way of advertising and what are the results that you see. I use a few ads on some of my products and get little traffic from them. Is this happening with anyone else?

I use quite a few ads for my products. I normally provide two links into them. One pointing to the vendor, and the other to my blog, lens, or website. I get quite a bit of view with them. As far as sales? Not sure, but at least it is providing my backlinks :)

I use ads as well. It is just another way or ways to get added traffic to your websites, etc. :)

I use ads as well, however I do not see any money from it yet. For the time being it only gives me backlinks to my website! :) Roseanne
p.s. How many ads do you need anyway for one product to monetize, I'm not sure???

I have a few for each but make sure they are somewhat different since everyone can see your other ads. :)

I also use about 2 or 3 for each product but I spread them out over a several days or weeks. Watch the views on your ads and if they are doing well then you know which products to make more ads about. If I get a low viewing on one of my adds and it is time to renew, I delete and try to replace it with a better one about the same product. This helps you to test the waters pretty quickly.

It seems that i'm a bit scatter headed, actually I wanted to ask you something else. How many ad views a month is a lot. I would not be able to tell you when an ad is doing well. What are roughly the figures? ;) Roseanne
