There are many ways to promote. You can do this by using article marketing, creating blogs, squidoo lenses, forum posts in other forums, ads, etc. :)

Traffic is a great way to get people to your sites but this needs to be paired up with some targeted keywords. Have you distingushed what is working and what is not yet? Sometimes you just need to look at all aspects of what you have done to get a clear picture.

Once this is done you can target the areas that need more attention for adding or changing.

Keywords are vital to all of our campaigns. If you do not have highly targeted keywords, you will have a really hard time getting in the top rankings in the search engines.

i completely agree with all the comments

if you wanna get the word out about products make sure you use your highly targeted keywords without these we cannot sell.

make full use of the google keyword tool

tread carefully if you decide on pay per click advertising. highly targeted keywords are very very expensive in this instance.

Great advice Daymo! If just beginning, it is not a good idea to begin pay per click if you do not understand the concept of keywords. This is your bread and butter in internet marketing:)
